Crown Prince Frederik & Crown Princess Mary arriving to Dannebrog

I know the couples visit to Stockholm, Sweden, has already ended but for me it is also time to share all the great pictures etc with you my wonderful readers. For quite some time I have been looking very much forward to this official visit though Frederik and Mary were only going to Sweden -which lies just across the bridge. It had been announced that the Crown Prince couple would be accompanied by Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Prince Daniel while staying in Stockholm; news that really made me happy. It came as a surprise to me that the couple were staying at the Danish royal yacht Dannebrog during their visit, something that had not even crossed my mind as an opportunity. I managed to figure out that the Crown Prince couple arrived on Sunday, May 28th, they day before the official visit was about to take place. In the evening Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel and Prince Carl Philip were invited to dinner at Dannebrog which were hosted by the Danish royal couple.

Arriving to Dannebrog Mary showed of in a pair of brand new trousers. In a way I can't decide whether or not I absolutely love then or dislike them. The colour is what bothers me most. But somehow she makes them look stunning with her old brown suede Prada jacket and a (new?) white blouse. Still no idea where to find these new trousers. I am very open minded to her your suggestions. To you how do not remember having seen the jacket before then I have found this, here. It goes way longer back in time which is also the reason why I haven't been able to find it online. She embrace a casual style by wearing her Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses, a bag from Prada and a couple of jewellery from both Dulong Fine Jewelry and Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. She also wore her Christian Louboutin snake pumps.

Crown Prince Frederik & Crown Princess Mary hosted a dinner in Stockholm, Sweden

As mentioned before, then the Crown Prince couple arrived on Sunday May 28th to Dannebrog docked in Skeppsbron, Stockholm. Think they arrived around noon and in the evening the couple hosted a private dinner on board Dannebrog. Crown Princess Victoria, her husband Prince Daniel and her younger brother Prince Carl Philip were all invited to attend the dinner. Victoria and Daniel are also present at several events during the Danish Crown Prince couples visit in Stockholm. I learned about this dinner because of a post on the royal family's Facebook, which you see below. think it's amazing to get a photo like this though it is a private and unofficial dinner, don't you think?

So only one photo often makes things a bit harder when I need to identify what Mary is wearing. This time I'm not the lucky one identifying what Mary wore during the dinner on board Dannebrog the day before the official visit to Sweden was about to start. Heaven is who told me about Mary's new dress. The dress is by no doubt a new piece she added to her wardrobe and thanks to Heaven we now know is it from MARCH11. What I know, we have never seen her wear anything from this designer till now. It features some incredible embroidery on each sleeve which you can't see on this photo. Searching for more pictures of the dress I learned that it comes in two different lengths. So far I haven't been able to tell which one it is she's wearing. My guess = mini version.

Crown Prince Frederik & Crown Princess Mary during their first day in Stockholm, Sweden

So, now to the official part of the program. Crown Prince Frederik and his wife Crown Princess Mary are visiting Stockholm, Sweden from May 29-30th accompanied by more than 60 Danish companies. The visit focuses on intelligent healthcare, sustainable cities and modern lifestyle; all entitled Liveable Scandinavia. During their first day they had plenty of places to be, plenty of people to meet and things to see. I will not comment on each and everyone of them. Instead I think you should take a look at their program as shown above, beginning this post. All along it has been announced that Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden would join they couple and they did. Wonderful to see all four of them together, having a great time! Because I really think they enjoyed each others company. Prince Daniel joined Mary a couple of times and Crown princess Victoria visited places with Frederik. As well as they joined several events together. I am in no doubt that all of them had a great time on the Danish couples first day in Stockholm. Also to mention, is that Minister of Foreign Affairs anders Samuelsen and Minister of Environment and Food Esben Lunde Larsen accompanied the Crown Prince couple while staying in Sweden.

Funny thing: all four of them wore a suit during the first day of the couples visit. Though it was in different colours, silhouettes and materials. Mary was the only one in plain white -or maybe it's even more ivory. I have heard so many positive comments about her new suit and I love it too! Love how it moves, if that even makes sense. In a way I keep thinking of the swinging 20s. Differently new and Jennifer has been so kind to share her findings with me. Because she actually found out that Mary's new suit is from Max Mara (SS17). She impressed by wearing both a brooch and two rings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. And a pair of diamond earrings which could be from Hartmann's. She embraced the style by wearing her beige Naledi Copenhagen clutch featuring on incredible design, colour, shape and size. We have seen it on several different occasions. The same goes with the pumps. It took quite some time to identify their identity, though she has been wearing them at many occasions. We now know they are from Gianvito Rossi. So, tell me what impressed you most about her white dreamy outfit?

Crown Prince Frederik & Crown Princess Mary attending dinner

It had been a long day for the Crown Prince couple but no day ends better than with an official dinner. Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary were invited as guests of honor to attend a dinner in the evening accompanied by Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden. The two couple's attended the dinner along with 300 special invited guests, who arrived in large busses. It all took place at Eric Ericssonhallen near Skeppsholmen where Dannebrog is docked. The Danish and Swedish royal couple's arrived all at once in the same car which was decorated with the two national flags -one blue and yellow, the other red and white. They all seemed to be in a splendid mood at the arrival when standing on the red carpet. I have only found very few pictures from inside when the dinner took place. But from what I have seen, all of four of them are having a great time. A perfect way to end a wonderful day.

Can't say that I was surprised to see what Mary was wearing at the dinner because I had no idea what to expect from her, other than something super stylish and elegant. And that we got! She was dressed in the most magnificent blue lace dress found at Dolce & Gabbana. Kate is the one who told me about the identification. Can't really tell why anyone would dislike this beautiful dress. It looks great on her and the colour next to Mary's dark hair is splendid. She embrace a romantic outfit by wearing silver glitter pumps from Gianvito Rossi, matching Dulong Fine Jewelry earrings, a golden Cartier bracelet and a brand new blue clutch. After a long time being unidentified, the clutch has finally been found at the Australian designer LIN8. She also wore a aquamarine blue bracelet, a white shawl and more interesting some kind of silver hairpiece. I've got an idea because I think we have seen it ones before only a couple of weeks ago. Think we saw it when she attended a gala dinner in Norway on occasion of King Harald and Queen Sonja's 80th birthday, here.

The Mary Foundation backpacks

Tuesday, May 23rd

Crown Princess Mary visited LEGO Charity in Billund, to participate in packing the Mary Foundation backpacks.

The day before, Crown Princess Mary attended the opening of the European Emergency Medical Services 2017, here, and the following day she gave a helping hand with packing backpacks. Something she has been doing since 2008. The project is made in collaboration with, among others, the Mary Foundation and LEGO. These backpacks are given to all children in shelters in both Greenland, Denmark and the Faroe Islands. They contain anything from toothbrush, hairbrush, towel to teddy bears and books. Everything to make life a little easier for children in shelters. All this to say that the Crown Princess visited LEGO Charity in Billund, participating in packing backpacks along with former LEGO employees. To me it has always, and always will be, a pleasure to see Mary attend this annual event. She seems so sincere and really makes an effort trying to help. The pictures just makes me smile!

Packing backpacks of course takes the right outfit -I'm not quite sure what the right outfit is but I adore what she has chosen to wear this time. She looks lovely in her new pin-striped blouse featuring the most incredible cuffs and a smashing detail around the neck. I am really troubled with this new piece. I would like to find out where it comes from but now I have no more ideas where to look. Anything I should try? Whoever designed this I just want to say: "well done!" Looks just fantastic. When I found this, here, I can't stop thinking that Zara is the one I'm looking for. The coat also looks new to me. She matched her new striped blouse with a pair of black trousers and her brown leather bag from Ralph Lauren. Every time we see it, I keep falling more and more in love with it. Without being exactly sure, I'm believe she is wearing a new pair of Gianvito Rossi pumps in a lovely navy blue colour. As jewellery Mary has chosen diamond earrings from Hartmann's, her beloved Cartier bracelet, a few diamond rings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen and of course a second bracelet from Dulong Fine Jewelry (or at least, I think so). Personally, I can't get enough of this outfit. Makes my wanna play with different shades of blue for my next outfit! Time to embrace spring colours, materials and silhouettes.

The European Emergency Medical Services 2017

Monday, May 22nd

Crown Princess Mary attended the opening of the European Emergency Medical Services 2017 (EMS2017) which took place at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, Copenhagen.

It was as guest of honor and patron Crown Princess Mary attended the grand opening of the European Emergency Medical Services 2017, also abbreviated to EMS2017. The EMS2017 is a three-day conference where the latest research in the prehospital- and emergency medical field are presented. Researcher's from all over Europe are participating in the conference to, among others, create a new network and share knowledge. The Crown Princess arrived in an excellent mood and was warmly welcomed by a flower girl with a large bouquet of flowers. She was the one opening the conference with an inspiring speech. During her day at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center in Copenhagen, Mary was introduced to several new initiatives developed to make a difference in the prehospital- and emergency medical field. To me it looks like the Crown Princess was quite impressed of what she saw.

Usually when Mary is attending events like these we do not see her wear anything like this. But I am absolutely in love with her new navy blue dress. Finally I am able to tell that her beautiful blue dress is a Vionnet creation. I have the information about the dress from Heaven. Her new dress features some kind of cape in same colour and material as the rest of the dress. Looks just magnificent next to her dark hair and fair skin. She even matched the blue balloons. I would love to be the one telling you who designed Mary's new dress, but so far I can't. The way she accessorized her outfit makes the dress even more stunning. As jewellery Mary had chosen a pair of golden Dulong Fine Jewelry earrings and matching white pearl pendants, then her golden Cartier bracelet, another Dulong Fine Jewelry bracelet and a couple of Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen diamond rings. Not to forget that green and dusty pink brooch which I still have no clue where is from. I have been very troubled finding out what pair of shoes she was wearing -if they are new or reused. A closer look confirmed my suspicion; it is a reused pair of Gianvito Rossi pumps. These were first seen the photo series of Eurowoman back in 2016, here, where she wore one of my absolute favourite outfits! Last but not least, she was wearing one of her nude clutches from Naledi Copenhagen

Arla Foods Global Innovation Centre & The Womenomics Global Impact Award 2017

Tuesday, May 16th

Crown Princess Mary attended the launch of Arla Foods Global Innovation Centre, a new multifunctional innovation center for Arla's product development. The opening took place in Aarhus. Later in the afternoon, the Crown Princess received The Womenomics Global Impact Award 2017 on occasion of the Womenomics Business Conference taking place in Copenhagen.

Crown Princess Mary attending the launch of Arla Foods Global Innovation Centre, Aarhus

Time is running and I am sorry you had to wait this long for me to finish this post. But better late than never, so... Crown princess Mary was the guest of honor at the grand opening of the new Arla Foods Global Innovation Centre in Aarhus. These new facilities are a multifunctional centre for Arla's product development. And who else to invite for the opening than the Crown Princess herself? She arrived in rainy weather on Tuesday to attend the launch. Despite the weather, Mary was in a great spirit at the opening. She was kindly welcomed and given flowers from a very shy little flower-girl. But as always, Mary took plenty of time getting the little girl comfortable with the situation. The red carpet was replaced with a green and the red ribbon replaced with a leaf vine. A little unusual. The Crown Princess was also given a tour around the building to see for herself some of the improvement Arla are working on.

Crown Princess Mary receiving The Womenomics Global Impact Award 2017, Copenhagen

The Crown Princess was a busy lady on Tuesday. In the morning she attended the grand launch of the new Arla Foods Global Innovation Centre in Aarhus. In the afternoon Mary was back in Copenhagen to attend the presentation of The Womenomics Global Impact Award 2017 -she attended both as guest of honor and recipient of the award! The Crown Princess is given the award because of her work to improve health conditions, rights and well-being for girls and women in Denmark as well as abroad. Other than the Crown Princess; Pia Vennelund received the Womenomics Leadership Award 2017 and Ida Auken was given the Womenomics Influencer Award 2017. Congratulations to all three women! They are all doing a great and honorable work for women all over the world. On occasion of her attendance Mary gave a remarkable speech. I am in no doubt that is was a wonderful day for the Crown Princess.

At both events during Tuesday, Mary was dressed in a simple black and white outfit. Other than once piece of clothes, I believe all of it are reused. Though we have seen most of these pieces before, it looks brand new because of the combination. Attending the opening of a new centre and receiving an award, takes an outfit like this one -classy, elegant and sophisticated. She matched a pleated Designers Remix skirt with a (new?) white blouse and her black Helmut Lang blazer featuring a leather collar. It was during a trip to New York back in 2016 Mary wore the midi skirt for the first time and we have not seen it since -till now, here. Love how the lengths of each piece makes her outfit look very modern and chic. I am not quite sure if the white blouse is new or also reused. In my opinion it looks new and the style reminds me a lot of a Hugo Boss design. All though I have not been able to find the right model. Do you have any specific designer in mind? She had accessorized her outfit with white pearls from Dulong Fine Jewelry and one of her Carlend Copenhagen clutches. Perfectly matching the black and white pleated skirt, Mary was wearing cap-toe pumps from Gianvito Rossi. Anything you would wear? Think she looks great!

Crown Princess Mary attending Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2017

It was a patron and keynote speaker the Crown Princess arrived to Copenhagen Concert Hall in Copenhagen, to attend Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2017. It is the fifth edition of the summit focusing on sustainability fashion. Copenhagen Fashion Summit is a international conference on, as I mentioned before, sustainable solutions when it comes to fashion. The fashion industry is way bigger than we can even imagine and to continue we need sustainability, because fashion is much more than "just" clothes. The Crown Princess captured the essence perfectly with thee quote below. Well spoken as always. She arrived in a great spirit and was warmly welcomed. Other than speaking at the opening, then Mary did also listened to two debates on issues and how sustainability might work as the solutions to these. She was not the only one attending the summit, also politicians, fashion experts and other representative's were gathered in the Concert Hall.

Oh... we have seen so many incredible outfits the last week! I'm all excited. And I am certainly not disappointed of Mary's first outfit from yesterday when she attended the opening of the fashion summit. What a combination. Love how she had chosen a palette of burgundy colours matched with simple, yet super classy accessories. Everything is so well put together. Kate suggested that the burgundy blouse could be the same at the one she wore on the new official photo, here. Think she is differently on to something. What do you say? Secondly we discussed where this new wonder may come from. After a little while, we agreed that Jesper Høvring is a possibility because of this, here. And with help from Heaven it has now been confirmed that Jesper Høvring is indeed the designer of her beautiful blouse. Mary paired the burgundy blouse with the incredible Hennes & Mauritz  (Conscious Collection Fall 2011) skirt. This wonder, I hope one day will be mine. It is not the first time we see it. I found some of them, here, here, here. Even after six years, it looks splendid! Don't you think? She embrace the style with diamond earrings, an Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen necklace, a Cartier bracelet and a Carlend Copenhagen clutch. Not to forget; she was wearing her green Valentino pumps!

Crown Princess Mary attending dinner on occasion of Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2017

No doubt that is has been some wonderful days. First two days in Oslo, Norway, to attend the 80th birthday celebration of King Harald and Queen Sonja. Then the attendance of the annual Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2017 and now a dinner on occasion of the summit. The dinner took place at Langelinie Pavillons in Copenhagen. As earlier in the morning the Crown Princess arrived in a great mood with a huge smile on her face. Sure she was ready to enjoy the evening with amazing food and a good conversation or two. Mary was welcomed by, among others, the CEO of the Danish Fashion Institute Eva Kruse whom she also met with earlier. She attended as guest of honor and enjoyed the evening accompanied by, among others, fashion experts from all over the world.

Yet another stunning outfit! I am so surprised and thrilled about all the lovely outfits we have seen the last week and this is also really magnificent. We haven't got that many pictures or anything, but with the right pictures it does not matter. Still, I hope for just a few more. What first hit me is the dress she was wearing at the dinner. A lovely floral printed Burberry Prorsum dress; a reused piece seen before, here, here. When she first wore it I was absolutely stunned and I still is. I love it more and more every time she wear it. Mary had accessorized her outfit with a golden Cartier bracelet, a pair of long earrings still not identified and of course that pink satin Bottega Veneta clutch. A winner every single time! Only a few pictures have been published showing her shoes. Though we got a few I couldn't decide if it was velvet or patent leather. For me the new pumps were clearly pink velvet and I was right. With a little help from Heaven I'm able to confirm that Mary is indeed wearing pink velvet pumps at the summit.

Day 2. Birthday celebration in Norway

Wednesday, May 10th

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended a gala dinner at the Opera house on occasion of King Harald and Queen Sonja's 80th birthday celebration in Oslo, Norway.

What a wonderful gala dinner the day before! It has been amazing to follow the Crown Prince couple's whereabouts. During the second day in Oslo all guests were invited to lunch at the norwegian yacht Norge which took place in the noon. One by one did they arrive, dressed rather casual yet stylish. I especially like Crown Princess Victoria in her pink jacket and white sneakers! What a treat. Unfortunately, we did not get to see the Danish royal family arrive along with the rest. Therefor we have no pictures. What a shame, I'd love to have seen them at the arrival. At first I thought they didn't attend the lunch, but apparently they arrived directly from the Danish royal yacht Dannebrog.

As earlier in the morning it rained when they were all invited to attend one last dinner taking place at the Opera in Oslo. One more time, we were spoiled with lots of wonderful outfits! In the evening when the dinner was about to start, all guests arrive. Crown Prince Frederik was, of course, accompanied by his wife Crown Princess Mary, the same goes with Prince Joachim who attended the dinner along with Princess Marie. They two of them did not attend the big gala dinner the evening before, but was staying at Dannebrog along with the rest of the Danish royal family. Last but not least, Queen Margrethe arrived in company with her youngest sister Queen Anne-Marie. Inside, the Opera was beautifully decorated and ready to provide a framework for yet another spectacular dinner. I am in no doubt that King Harald and Queen Sonja have had some wonderful days!

I'm sure my heart skipped a heartbeat! What a look. The Crown Princess was simply magnificent at the dinner at the Opera house. I can't point a finger on anything that looks bad. Personally, I love this outfit way more than the one from the gala dinner. But that is just my personal opinion. Wow, I'm just speechless. Mary in this new Erdem dress is the most beautiful sight. The dress was very quickly identified by Heaven and Gabriele. Thanks to both of you! Really, take one more look at the dress. The floral print is simply outstanding. She accessorized the evening outfit with silver glitter pumps from Gianvito Rossi (seen a several occasions), matching new earrings and a hairpin shaped like leaves. The pin is very similar to the one she wore in 2013 when visiting Germany, here. It is with great pleasure I tell you that her new earrings have been found on an Bruun Rasmussen auction from 2016! K. is the one to inform me about this finding and I can't believe how she did it. Often I have a feeling that Mary's unidentified jewellery (in this quality) are purchased on auction, but I'm really not any good at finding it. So this is just amazing! They are even more beautiful when you get a closer look, here (page 254-255). I was also aware that Mary wore a brand new ring, but I couldn't ID which one. With a few close ups and a little help from K. this could also have been found at the same auction, here (page 253). I'm all over the moon right now!

She also wore a reused black clutch. As a few other pieces, I do not know who designed it but I have guess -Sergio Rossi. Take a look at the one I have found and tell me what you think. I know it is not the same, though I think there are certain similarities. Can't wait to hear what you have to say. Mary embrace the glamours look with wavy hairstyle, bright red lips and beautiful eye makeup! I really hope to see this dress (soon!) again. With an outfit like this, I know why I still find her style inspiring!

Day 1. Birthday celebration in Norway

Tuesday, May 9th

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary are present at the 80th birthday celebration of King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway. The celebration takes place on May 9-10th in Oslo.

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary arriving to Oslo, Norway

So, I had planned the last couple of days for weeks. I was more than ready to follow every step of the birthday celebration in Norway, where most of the world's royals attended. But unfortunately, I had to use my time otherwise. So now I have pretty much to catch up with. Hope you are still in the celebration mood!

Both Queen Margrethe, the Crown Prince couple, Prince Joachim and Princess Marie and Queen Anne-Marie all attended the big birthday at the royal castle in Oslo. They were all staying at the royal yacht Dannebrog, here. The Crown Prince couple arrived to Norway by plain Tuesday afternoon where they were welcomed by the rest of the family aboard the yacht. Frederik and Mary arrived in a great mood with wide smiles on their faces. And really, two 80th birthday's that is differently  something to look forward to! Not only members of the Danish royal family were invited to King Harald and Queen Sonja's celebration; royals from both the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Great Britain etc. were all invited. And we all know what this means -lots of beautifully dressed men and women!

Even at the arrival Mary rocked the most incredible outfit I have seen for a long time. We only got a few pictures of the couple arriving to Dannebrog, docked in Oslo harbor. She embrace a classy and chic style by wearing slim red trousers, matching new studded Valentino pumps and a new black lace blouse. Also a black coat to makes everything look even more perfect! In a way it looks like her old Prada coat but I'm not quite sure. Now you know my thoughts about it. Nor have I been able to ID trousers and that black lace blouse. What I do know is the identity of the sunglasses, which are from Dolce & Gabbana, such as the bag is. Both pieces we have seen couple of times before. Think we were first introduced to the sunglasses at The Children's Relay in 2014, here. Black and red has always been a great combo and it still is! Looking closer, one of my readers Kate, suggested that Mary could be wearing a pair of new golden earrings from Dulong Fine Jewelry. Think she is absolutely right. Do you see what we see? Don't know what your first thought's were when you first saw this great look, but I really want to try something similar with my green trousers. Wait, do I have matching shoes?

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attending gala dinner

The evening we have all been waiting for in a very, very long time. Am I right? Royal members from everywhere were gathered in Oslo, Norway, to celebrate the King and Queen on their 80th birthday. This means, of course, a big and overwhelming gala dinner which took place at the royal palace in Oslo. Before the dinner was about to begin, the norwegian people were gathered in front of the palace to honor and celebrate their King and Queen. The Norwegian royal family showed on the balcony along with several other of their guest, among others, the Crown Prince couple, Queen Margrethe, Crown Prince Palovs and Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece, Prince Nikolaos and Princess Tatiana of Greece, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel. All these and many more also attended the gala dinner afterwards.

Two and two did all the guest arrive, ready for a wonderful evening with good food, wine, speeches and music. The Crown Princess curtain was Prince Albert of Monaco whom she arrived with to the gala dinner. Her husband, Crown Prince Frederik, was joined by former Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands during the dinner. I am sure it was a spectacular evening. I've seen and heard so much about the speeches and they have highly been praised. I really think King Harald and Queen Sonja enjoyed the evening in company with friends and family from near and far.

Royal birthdays (often) means gala dinners, which means many breathtaking evening gowns. I really have to say, I think we got to see so many stunning gowns at the dinner! I am very impressed. Love how the royal women got all creative with colours, silhouette, prints and patterns. I cannot hide how impressed I am of Mary's outfit. Everything is so well put together. Everything colour-matches and looks just magnificent. At the gala dinner Mary wore a brand new evening gown in the most amazing rose gold (?) colour featuring a very interesting pattern. It didn't take long for one of you to identify her new dress and it was found at Max Mara. First I had the feeling that her new gown was custom made but that was obviously wrong.

Over her shoulder the Crown Princess wore an old embroidered cape from Julie Fagerholt Heartmade (think it is from SS09, here) seen quite some times before, thought it is years ago, herehere. A stunning piece of work just as the gown! Perfectly matching she has chosen one of her pink Prada clutches. We were introduced to the tiara about a year ago or so, and later it was found at an auction along with a pair of earrings -not the ones she are wearing here. Makes a great match to the rest of the outfit, don't you think?

Also see a few golden bracelets, but non I can identify. My guess is that she was wearing pastel pink pumps. Why wouldn't she? I am simply amazed by everything.
